Since 1989, America Outdoors has worked to ensure outfitters in the outdoor recreation industry have a voice. Today, we are the one-stop resource for outfitters, leading the industry in public policy.

Colorado Plateau River Guides (CPRG) is an organization of professional river guides that work and recreate on the rivers of the Colorado Plateau. Established in 1993, the organization conducts river education seminars, participates in river protection issues, and produces a journal called The Confluence.

The Returning Rapids Project is a group of river loving folks based in Moab, Utah. Our project seeks to document the recovery of the Colorado River in Cataract Canyon, upper Glen Canyon, and along the San Juan - areas that were once inundated by a full (and now receding) Lake Powell Reservoir.
